**By purchasing this course or any other ELDT course you certify under 49 CFR § 391.11(b)(2) that you can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.**

Welcome to the ELDT Class B CDL to A CDL Online Theory Training.  This course will certify you to upgrade your CDL from a B to an A, and operate Class A CDL vehicles.  Upon completion of the course you will be submitted to the FMCSA via the Training Provider Registry (TPR).
