**By purchasing this course or any other ELDT course you certify under 49 CFR § 391.11(b)(2) that you can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records.**

The ELDT Hazardous Materials (H) Endorsement training course is required for any CDL holder needing to get a HazMat endorsement.  After completion of this training you'll receive a certificate of completion, and be submitted to the training provider registry thereby receiving your eligibility to take the HazMat knowledge test at your State's DMV (BMV, MVD, SOS, DSD, MVA, MVC, DOT).
